In England, the weather changes all the time. In spring, it's usually warm and it often rains. The flowers start to grow, and everything looks green. In summer, it's sunny and hot. We wear T-shirts and shorts, and we go to the beach. In autumn, the weather gets cooler and the leaves turn yellow and red. It's my favourite season because the colours are beautiful. In winter, it's cold and sometimes it snows. We wear warm coats, scarves and gloves. Today it's cloudy and windy. "What will the weather be like tomorrow?" my dad asks. "The weather forecast says it will be sunny and warm," I answer. "Great!" says my mum. "We're going to have a picnic in the park. And I'm going to take some photos of the autumn leaves." "I will help you carry the picnic basket," says my brother. We're all looking forward to tomorrow!

课文精讲 · 两种将来

论will 和 be going to 的分工

will 用于"临时决定/预测"："I will help you carry the basket"——哥哥是当场说的临时决定；"It will be sunny tomorrow"——天气预报的预测。

be going to 用于"事先计划"："We 're going to have a picnic"——妈妈早就计划好了；"I 'm going to take photos"——提前打算。

一句话区分：计划好的事用 be going to，当场决定/预测用 will。KET 完形最爱考这个区分。

考试怎么考：Reading Part 5：横线后是动词原形且表"将来" → 填 will；横线前有 be（am/is/are）→ 填 going to。

高频陷阱

① 天气是形容词不是动词：It's rainy（下雨的——形容词）≠ It rains（下雨——动词）。KET 完形考过 "It ___ today. A. rainy B. is rainy C. raining"——答案是 B（It is rainy today）。

② 季节不加 the：in spring / in summer——不是 in the spring（除非特指某一个春天）。

③ rain 和 rainy：名词 rain（There's a lot of rain）；形容词 rainy（It's rainy）。

Future: will & be going to

"将来"在英语里不是一种，是两种：will（当场决定/预测）和 be going to（事先计划）。这一章把两种都说清。

论will 的三条规则 + 标志词

① will 后接原形：I will go（不是 will going）。

② 缩写：I'll / she'll / won't（will not）。

③ 标志词：tomorrow、next week、in the future——看到"未来时间词"用将来时。

考点：Reading Part 5 给 "Tomorrow I ___ visit my grandma." 填 will——tomorrow 是标志词。

be going to · 事先计划

高频陷阱

① be 动词别丢：I going to swim（×）——必须有 am：I 'm going to swim。

② be going to 后接原形：We're going to have a picnic（不是 going to having）。

③ 和现在进行时区分：I'm going to visit my grandma（计划）vs I'm visiting my grandma tomorrow（已安排，进行时表将来）——KET 高级考点，能区分就是 B 级。
