读法：四条线先各扫一遍，重点盯"三大易错"——this is 和 speak to 是中国学生口误重灾区。
③ 先认识它：电话用语到底"高"在哪
一句话：中文打电话"我是 Tom"，英文接电话要说 "This is Tom."，不能说 "I am Tom."；中文"我找 Tom"，英文要说 "Can I speak to Tom?"，介词 to 不能丢。这些套语不是"礼貌"，而是英语打电话的固定规矩。
比如你接起朋友电话：Hello, this is Anna. Who's calling?；对方找你爸爸：Hi, can I speak to Mr. Lee, please?；你爸爸不在：I'm afraid he's out. Can I take a message?。
为什么这 10 个句型最该先背KET Listening Part 2 常考电话对话填名字，Writing Part 6 短消息就是"回朋友邮件"，Speaking Part 2 两人讨论也常模拟打电话。背熟这 10 句，考场直接套。
背套语的正确姿势不要整段死背。把每句拆成"角色 + 套语"：接电话的人说 this is... / hold on；打电话的人说 Can I speak to...?；回邮件的人说 Thanks for your email. / I'm writing to...。

call sb back 中 back 的位置"我再打给你" = I'll call you back.（back 放宾语后面）。别说 I'll call back you.。同理：pick it up / put it on，代词要放中间。

错误 1：接电话说 I am Tom ✗ Hello, I am Tom. → ✓ Hello, this is Tom. 电话里自报姓名固定用 This is...，不说 I am...。
错误 2：speak to 漏 to ✗ Can I speak Tom? → ✓ Can I speak to Tom? speak 是不及物动词，接人必须加 to。
错误 3：call back 位置错 ✗ I'll call back you. → ✓ I'll call you back. 代词 you/me/him 要放动词和 back 中间：call you back。
