先想一个问题
结构对了、字数够了，为什么还是拿不到 25+？因为语言太「学生腔」：通篇 good / bad / important，句子全是主谓宾短句。这一单元专攻语言升级，并讲清托福写作的评分三维，最后介绍 2023 改革后新增的 Academic Discussion 新题型。

句式多样化 · 别全用短句
学生腔：Museums are important. They teach children. They cost money.
升级：Not only do museums educate children, but they also enrich the community, even though they require public funding.

批注：加入倒装（Not only do...）、让步从句（even though）、并列（but also），句式立刻有层次。Language Use 评分看的就是这种多样性。

论2023 改革后的写作新格局
旧题保留：综合写作（20 分钟）+ 独立写作（30 分钟）继续考。
新增：Academic Discussion——教授在讨论区布置一个话题，两三个同学各发了观点，要求你 10 分钟内写 100 词以上回应。
怎么答：先亮明自己立场，再回应至少一个同学的观点（同意或补充），给一个理由或例子。比独立写作短得多，但要展示学术讨论感。
Prompt: Should the university spend money on a new gym or a new library?
Student A: The gym — students need exercise.
Student B: The library — research comes first.
Your reply: I strongly agree with Student B that the library should be the priority. While a gym is nice, a university's core mission is learning. A new library means more quiet study space and better databases, which directly improve students' grades. As Student B hinted, long-term academic resources benefit everyone, whereas a gym mainly serves those who already exercise. For these reasons, funding the library makes more sense.

- 升级参考：Online courses are highly beneficial, primarily because they are cost-effective. Nevertheless, a number of students still prefer in-person classes, as they value face-to-face interaction.
- 讨论参考：I agree with Student B that interest should come first. While practical majors secure jobs, students who lack motivation are unlikely to succeed. For example, a student forced into finance may struggle and drop out, whereas one following passion tends to work harder. Therefore, choosing what genuinely interests them is wiser.
