be 动词完整体系：从零到考场全拿分

读法：从根出发，5 大块顺序走。每块下面是小节点，全记住你就通关了。

③ 先认识它：be 动词到底是什么

一句话：be 动词是英语里"连接主语和身份/状态"的系动词，它不表示动作，只负责把"主语是什么、怎么样、在哪里"说清楚。

中文里"我是学生"可以直接说，但英语句子必须有动词——没有动作动词时，be 就来填空。所以 I a student. 是错的，必须是 I am a student.

为什么它是 KET 第一考点英语句子"必须有动词"这条铁律，从 KET 一直考到 FCE。be 动词是出现频率最高的动词，单选、完形、写作、口语全都会用。be 没学好，后面所有时态都会跟着错。

很多同学只知道 am / is / are 三个，其实 be 动词是一个完整的变形家族：

三个必背细节 ① 疑问句肯定回答不缩略：Yes, I am.（不能写 Yes, I'm.）
② 否定缩略两种都对：isn't / aren't / wasn't / weren't；但 am not 没有标准缩略（口语用 aren't I，KET 不考）
③ you 永远配 are / were：哪怕指一个人，You is my friend. 是经典错句。

过去时 was / were（KET Unit 8+ 衔接）

记法：was 跟单数（I 特殊也算单数），were 跟 you/复数——和 am/is/are 的规则完全对应。

错误 1：中文直译漏掉 be
✗ I twelve years old. → ✓ I am twelve years old.
口诀：中文没动词 → 英语补 be。

错误 2：he/she/it 后用 are
✗ He are my friend. → ✓ He is my friend.
he/she/it 永远是 is（现在时）/ was（过去时）。

错误 3：you 后用 is
✗ You is welcome. → ✓ You are welcome.
you 不管指几个人都用 are/were。

错误 4：形容词直接当动词
✗ I happy. → ✓ I am happy.
英语形容词不能单独作谓语。

错误 5：there be 与 have 混用
✗ There have a book. → ✓ There is a book.
there be = 某地"存在"某物；have = 某人"拥有"。KET 完形必考辨析。

真题风格 · Part 1看图片选句子：图片里一只猫在桌子下面。
A. The cat is on the table.　B. The cat is under the table.　C. The cat is next to the table.

B。under = 在……下面。方位词 + be 是 Part 1 最爱考的。

真题风格 · Part 5完形填空：Yesterday my friends and I (1) ___ at the park. The park (2) ___ very beautiful.

(1) were（Yesterday 过去时 + friends and I 复数 → were）；(2) was（park 单数 → was）。

真题风格 · Writing看图写话（35 词）：图里有一个女孩坐在公园长椅上，旁边有一只狗。

参考：There is a girl in the park. She is sitting on a bench. A dog is next to her.（三句全用 be/there be，符合 KET 评分要求）

Hello! My name is Lily. I am 11 years old. I am from Nanjing. There are four people in my family: my parents, my brother and me. My father is a doctor and my mother is a teacher. I am happy to meet you!

⑨ 口语练习：说出来才算会

练习 A · 跟读（2 分钟）

跟着上面背诵卡读 3 遍：第一遍慢读看发音，第二遍正常速度，第三遍不看文字凭记忆说。

练习 B · 自我对话（3 分钟）

Q: How old are you?　→　A: I am 11 years old.

Q: Where are you from?　→　A: I am from Nanjing.

Q: Is your school big?　→　A: Yes, it is. There are many classrooms.

练习 C · 挑战（2 分钟）

不用稿子，用 be 动词说 5 句关于"你家"的话（家人、房子、附近有什么）。录下来回听。

口语评分自查说完后对 3 条：① 每句都有 be 吗？② he/she/it 后是 is 吗？③ you 后是 are 吗？三条全过 = 这关过了。

am。主语 I 永远配 am。

基础 2填空：My sister ___ ten years old.

is。My sister 是第三人称单数。

基础 3填空：You and I ___ good friends.

are。两个主语并列 → 复数。

基础 4改错：There have two books on the desk.

There are two books on the desk. "有"要用 there be，复数用 are。

基础 5改否定：She is at school today.

She isn't at school today.（或 She is not ...）

进阶 7选词：Yesterday we ___ at the zoo. (was / were)

were。过去时 + we 复数 → were。

is。there be 就近原则，紧跟的 a pen 是单数。

进阶 9选词：Everyone in my class ___ kind. (is / are)

is。everyone 是复合不定代词，算单数。

进阶 10改错：— Is your brother at home? — Yes, he's.

肯定回答不缩略：Yes, he is.（he's 只用于句中，不用于句尾）

进阶 11完形（KET Part 5 风格）：Last week, my family and I (11) ___ on holiday. The hotel (12) ___ near the beach.

(11) were（Last week 过去时 + family and I 复数）；(12) was（hotel 单数）。

挑战 12翻译：桌上有一杯牛奶和一些面包。

There is a glass of milk and some bread on the table. milk 不可数用 is；bread 不可数也是 is。

挑战 13看图写话（KET 35 词风格）：图里有一个女孩、一只狗、一棵树。写 2-3 句。

参考：There is a girl in the garden. She is wearing a yellow dress. A dog is next to her and a tree is behind them.（每句都有 be，there be 开头）

挑战 14改错（5 处）：I am twelve years old. My best friend are Tom. We is in the same class. There have a big playground in our school. Everyone are happy there.

① are → is（Tom 单数）；② is → are（We 复数）；③ have → is（there be）；④ are → is（Everyone 单数）。原句第 1 句 I am 正确。

挑战 15综合写作：用 3 句介绍你的好朋友（姓名、年龄、来自哪、性格），每句必须用 be。

参考：This is my friend Lily. She is eleven years old and she is from Shanghai. She is friendly and we are in the same class.
