名词化与正式文体：The implementation of... / It is essential that...
C1 正式文体的标志是少用动词、多用抽象名词（nominalisation）：reduce→the reduction，implement→the implementation；以及 It is essential/advisable that + 动词原形 虚拟建议句。这是 Writing Part 2 Report 的拿分关键。

读法：从根出发，五大块顺序走，每块下面是小节点，全记住你就通关了。
③ 先认识它：名词化到底是什么
一句话：名词化 = 把动词/形容词变成抽象名词，让句子更学术、更正式。口语 We must reduce stress → 正式 The reduction of stress is essential。
另一大标志是 It is + 形容词 + that (should) + 动词原形：It is essential/advisable that employers (should) offer checks。从句用动词原形（should 可省），这是 C1 建议句。
还有 It is + 过去分词 + that：It is argued/believed/said that...（据说/人们认为）。
为什么它是 C1 拿分点Writing Part 2 Report/proposal 通篇要名词化 + It is...that，这是 C1 正式文体和 B2 口语化的分水岭。
错误 1：It is...that 从句动词加 s✗ It is essential that employers acts. → ✓ It is essential that employers (should) act. 从句用动词原形。
错误 2：名词化词性错✗ The implement of the policy... → The implementation of the policy. implement 是动词，名词是 implementation。
错误 3：It is argued that 用虚拟✗ It is argued that sitting should be harmful. → It is argued that sitting is harmful. 陈述事实不用虚拟。
错误 4：形容词当名词✗ The important of rest... → The importance of rest. important 形容词，名词 importance。
错误 5：过度名词化✗ The implementation of the reduction of costs... → 直接用 We must reduce costs. 堆砌 -tion 反而不清。
